Account Management

Payment and Refunds
Wancheng Accelerator offers multiple subscription plans, with prices as displayed at the time of purchase. All paid plans come with a 30-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. To request a refund, please contact customer service within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 1-3 business days.
Service Availability
Wancheng Accelerator strives to provide 99.95% service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Wancheng Accelerator is not liable for any service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance windows.
Changes to Terms
Wancheng Accelerator reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes to the terms will be communicated to users via site announcements or email.
